Lassi is a Punjabi Indian yoghurt based drink, spiced up with sugar and spices and served super chilled in tall brass lassi cups. If you eat Punjabi cuisine, the lassi drink can balance your very spicy meal. Traditional lassi cups are made of heavy brass, adorned with floral or animal motifs by traditional local artists, and were meant to highlight the importance of the household. Nowadays they are no longer a ustensil. They can serve as a vase or as a container for pencils or paint brushes. As the are hand-engraved no two are alike.
